Lilith is a cozy restaurant; the result of many years of work and dreaming from Chefs Jamilka Borges and Dianne DeStefano. After meeting and working together in Pittsburgh’s best restaurants, they decided to make their dream of running and operating a restaurant together a reality.
Lilith is a vibrant, fun, intimate and sometimes loud restaurant where you can celebrate life with friends and loved ones. We take pride in making mostly everything from scratch from our stocks
and sauces to breads and pastry; there is a lot of work and love happening at Lilith.

shared vision cultivated in Pittsburgh's finest kitchens, Lilith represents the realization
of our dream to craft a unique dining experience together.

At the heart of our kitchen, craftsmanship takes precedence; we pour our hearts into handcrafting stocks, sauces, freshly baked breads, and delicate pastries. To make a reservation, we utilize the Resy platform for online bookings. We encourage guests to reserve their spot in advance, especially for parties larger than four, as our seating capacity is limited. Please note that we have a single table suitable for larger groups, and while we do our best to accommodate, availability for these sizes can be limited.
At this time, we do not offer online ordering, but we wholeheartedly invite you to experience our crafted dishes and warm ambiance in person. For those interested in catering services, we're thrilled to explore possibilities; however, please understand that our ability to cater depends on various factors and may require additional coordination.
